Just 4 minutes' walk to the beach, 2 minutes to Emu Park village and 40 minutes to Rockhampton, with ample off-street parking.
Enjoy spectacular coastal views, sunrise over the ocean, sunsets across the mountains and magical full moon evenings. This spacious, single-level home features eclectic beach-inspired décor, open-plan living and large sliding doors opening onto the ocean-view patio. Relax in comfortable queen bedrooms with adjustable shutters and new ceiling fans, plus a spacious sleepout with single beds and fans. A large split-system air conditioner keeps the living and kitchen areas comfortable year-round.
A clothesline with pegs is located beside the laundry door, a washing machine dryer is also available. You'll find an outdoor shower on the northern wall of the house. Please rinse off sand before entering to help keep the home clean and comfortable for everyone.
